Recruitment and Training

Excel maintains a database of prospective candidates. At the entry level, after the screening of CV's, the recruitment process includes a test of written and spoken English, Aptitude tes, Group Discussion and personal interviews. For higher levels, after screening the application the candidate has to undergo multiple interviews.
The selected candidates are put through continuous training programs to prepare them as successful CSRs or Processors. The company has a well structured procedure of induction and training.
The training process utilizes a customized curriculum to meet client needs. It blends classroom and on-the- job training to provide competence in process specific skills like sales or financial analysis. We welcome client participation in process training and in building the appropriate work culture in the team that supports them.
